GEOTECHNICAL | STRUCTURAL | ENVIRONMENTAL | CIVIL | COMT
CTLIThompson has a long history in Summit County—Founder Bob Thompson even helped lay the groundwork for the first lift towers at Keystone Resort and Copper Mountain through his part-time role as a ski instructor. Since opening in 2014, the Summit County office has supported a wide range of local projects, beginning with geotechnical services for residential, commercial, and municipal developments, including septic system and pavement design. Over time, the office has significantly expanded its capabilities. In addition to adding an environmental specialist, the team now offers comprehensive structural engineering services to support both new construction and retrofit projects. The office also provides wetland delineation and permitting, as well as asbestos inspection and consulting services. These expanded offerings allow the Summit County team to deliver a full suite of environmental, geotechnical, structural, civil, and construction observation and materials testings solutions tailored to the needs of mountain-region clients.
