1144 15th Street

Denver, Colorado

Developed by Hines, 1144 15th provides 640,000 square feet of office space in a glass tower rising up from 15th Street between Arapahoe and Lawrence Streets, sharing the block with the Four Seasons.

The building is a 42-story office building, consisting of two levels of below-grade parking, twelve levels of podium parking above-grade, twenty-seven levels of office space and two penthouse levels for mechanical equipment.  The below grade and podium levels of the structure are cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete. The office tower is designed as structural steel framing.

CTL | Thompson has provided the Geotechnical Investigation and an Environmental Site Assessment on the project. Our investigation focused on maximizing allowable design parameters to safely minimize foundation elements. In addition, we worked with the design team to develop a central foundation mat at the core to minimize volume of concrete.

CTL provided Materials Testing contract on the project as well.
